  • Logistics Inquiries: If you are asking where your package is, check the tracking number we already sent you. The postal service is slow. We do not drive the trucks.

  • Defect Reports: If the paddle delaminated, we will replace it. If you smashed it against a net post because you have anger issues, that is not a defect. That is a tantrum.
